Raised in a family of entrepreneurs and shaped by resilience early, Jessica operates at the intersection of business, design, and real-life pressure. She has spent nearly fifteen years renovating, reworking, and problem-solving through homes at every level. She understands construction, design, and what actually drives value, not just what looks good. With a background in e-commerce marketing, she approaches every listing like it has something to prove.

She is often the first call for people moving to Nashville and becomes the constant throughout the process, and long after. Not just for the transaction, but for everything around it. Most recently, she stepped further into development, completing her first project in Brentwood in 2026, a luxury classic property delivered at a price point that is typically underserved in that market.
